this morning #2254.

this morning, i can confidently say that crime does pay. yes. trespassing is technically a crime. while all the rest of my friends chickened out & ran away, i stayed. hid behind a wall. waited for just the right moment to sprint across the street & onto the property. made my way around back of the place to a door that i’d been through before. early may. solo. it was scary but i didn’t run away. still, i hadn’t been sure that it was safe for me to stay too long so i didn't have a chance to explore the whole space. that’s why i came back today. believed that there was something valuable to be found. just needed more time to look around. down in the basement. an old trunk. i broke off the lock & lifted the lid. SO much gold. now i just had to figure out how to get it home.
