this morning #760.

this morning, always & forever in a state of unjustified hurry, i forgot to do at least a half-dozen things before departing my apartment. now, in a town car en route to the airport, recalling all i’d neglected, i just had to take a bunch of deep breaths & simply accept. i hadn’t bought extra cat food for the sitter. she was sure to notice my vibrator, which i’d left out in plain view. it was imperative that i put the nagging, empty feelings of unfinished business such as this behind me. “accept the things i could not change” & whatnot. it was time to turn my attention to the challenge ahead of me. there were way bigger fish to fry on the business end of my flight.
