this morning, an involuntary countdown clock had been switched on & though he knew all along that he could sit back & figure things out in due time, that everything would turn out just fine, he also knew he had to figure out an approach sooner rather than later. any complaints re: these time constraints would just fall on deaf ears but, though it’d take less time to simply swallow his pride & make amends, he chose to fake his way through, dream up some scheme to save face. existence was just a series of excuses anyhow. why change his approach now? he was involved with multiple women in multiple states in multiple stages of relationships. things were already complicated enough.
