this morning #628.
this morning, a story in three acts. choices. the choices we make. the choices we don’t. act one: passes with glasses. in life, we don’t have control over how good our eyesight is but, for one man, he is certain that he has control over how he sees the people around him. act two: shower hour. every day, a man in manhattan takes his time washing up, turning a morning routine into an opportunity to clean both his body & mind for the day ahead. act three: bringing home the bacon. in a diner downtown, a waitress near the end of her shift serves a sad man in a corner booth. he comes in every day & gets the same exact meal. today, he will alter her opinion of him by not getting the usual.
