this morning #514.

this morning, the validity of the debate she’d gotten into with her boss was up for debate. as of late, she’d begun running her mouth off to upper management in a way that she thought of as an unrecognized nod to norma rae. rabble rousing & the like. in her case though, she wasn’t really advocating for any sort of justice or change. she was simply fed up with having to answer to a racist & was now transferring that energy into stirring shit up with no legitimate agenda. in all, her actions were inching her closer & closer to getting fired. in reality, if she wanted to fix the situation, all she had to do was quit. there were plenty of film scenes she could draw on as inspiration for that action.
