this morning, reportedly she was found two-hundred miles from home, alone in her chevy in a parking lot behind a walmart. when a day-shift manager showed up to prep the store for opening, he was greeted by a lone car angled behind the dumpsters. engine off. headlights on. the night shift had closed up & cleared out by midnight, so she couldn’t have been sitting there for more than a few hours. it was at least long enough to fog up the car though. a rap on the window brought her to attention. back to life. from that point on, the questions came quickly. the cops had questions. her family had questions. she had her own questions. she struggled to find any acceptable answers.
