this morning #2264.

this morning, when it came down to it, her “world famous cherry berry muffins” were that in name only. they tasted like absolute shit. i have no clue what the heck she did but the flavor was reminiscent of cough drops with subtle notes of windex & wood. i took my initial bite & swallowed it before the flavor had a chance to hit me. once it hit, i really wished that i’d spit it out. like the dumbass i am though, i couldn’t believe that what i’d just consumed was a real thing so i went in for more. it was somehow even worse this time, as a sketchy texture entered the mix. i bit into the opposite side & was met with something citrus-tinged. like a chunk of expired lime. i instantly spit it into the trash. DEAR GOD. had she even bothered to try her own creation? i tend to think that she didn’t.
