this morning #1789.
this morning, while we were out taking our weekly photos of the test site, i took a break. wandered away from the site & off into the woods for a few. stumbled upon a clearing with a ring of rocks set in the middle. 99% sure that i’d been there before but didn’t notice the rocks until today. a fire pit but no sign of fire. strange. perhaps someone placed it there to mark the spot? perhaps it’s something more ritualistic? it looked fairly new. i looked around for clues. nothing stood out. when i returned to the group, i asked if they knew anything about it. no one did. so…there’s someone else in the area? this entire time, we’ve assumed that we’re the only ones out here. maybe we’re not? maybe we’re being stalked? it’s freaking creepy.
