this morning #144.

this morning, sea levels were rising. tensions were rising. he couldn’t rise from his bed & face his watered down version of life. no kids. no wife. no parallels to the existence he’d envisioned. his twenty-three-year-old sister was already married with twins. HAPPILY married. his last serious relationship was one that he’d stumbled into around the time of obama’s first inauguration. therapy helped him sort out his confidence issues & meditation helped him sort out his thoughts but neither helped him find somebody to love. all alone, he spent this morning on facebook eyeing all the girls from high school he should have ended up with. in the end, he’d end up with his hand.
