this morning, the office was alight with thanksgiving tales. how about that one play in that one game? crazy. you ate an exciting pie? it was a quince pie? interesting. i don’t even know what that is. it sounds tart. yes. i have that one drunken uncle too. i think we all do. show of hands: who amongst us had to squeeze into their pants today? GUILTY. hold up. you punched a new notch in your belt? that seems extreme. your aunt brought her new boyfriend to dinner. he’s native american? did he make things weird? oh good. that’s like my worst fear. anyway, let’s get to work. enough jibber-jabber. the holiday season’s just beginning. i’m sure we’ll have plenty more stories to tell soon enough.
