this morning #1215.

this morning, if you haven’t noticed, we’ve been putting in the work. i’m certain you see that. right? there’s a shine. i mean, today i can say that i feel 1000% better about the direction we’re headed in. both of us do. much less destructive. much more attentive. just look at us. in just a few months, we’ve become each other’s partners again. i can’t recall the last time i thought about that other man. he hasn’t even crossed my mind. no need. i’m getting what i need right here. the long winter’s over. the hibernation’s subsided. i love this guy. i truly do. do we have a lot of past pain to wade through? you bet your sweet ass we do. it’s cool. i feel like we’ll have a lot of future pleasure to wade through too.
