this morning, i really don’t like the vibe of this avenue. something stale is hanging over it. bent fences. random trash. patches of faded grass poking through cracked sidewalks. a muffled argument inside one of the homes. the doings of humans have taken their toll & now, a simple morning stroll down it seems like an invitation to danger. robbery is a solid option. they really should put something on google maps to warn users about scary city streets such as these. something more specific than “walking directions may not always reflect real-world conditions.” that’s just a phrase that legal told them to add to cover their asses. it tells me nothing about my chances of being stabbed.
