this morning #1097.

this morning, i’ve put on my prettiest pearls & favorite librarian glasses, acceptable accessories to my swooping skirt & soft sweater. today i’m planning on playing the role of society girl, showing the world that i’m actually one of those sneakily sexy socialite types intent on dressing to impress just the right people. i’ve grown tired of being overlooked. from now on, i’ll be using my looks to change that. my image will be my in. i’ve got it in me. it’s time to let it out. when i arrive at today’s opening, these plebes will have to notice me. they’ll have no choice but to be interested in what i’ve got to offer. no doubts allowed. i’ll start there for now & figure out how to maintain my new social status at a later date.
