this morning #767.

this morning, through the breathtaking blue of the water in the bay, i could see clear down to the bottom. twas downright kelpy down there. i’d expected to see all sorts of fish but there were none to be found. the last time i was here, there were so many of them that you couldn’t make a move in the water without brushing against one. apparently, during the last decade the sands had shifted in this part of the globe. i don’t know what made me think that these waters would’ve escaped the same fate that the rest of the planet faced. the fish had either died or migrated somewhere safer. it made sense. at the rate things are going, we’ll all be going through something similar soon enough.
