this morning, she’d clearly been radicalized by reading & research and now there was nothing she wouldn’t do to besmirch the good name of the good people at johnson & johnson. it didn’t matter. online. IRL. to friends. to strangers. their COVID-19 vaccine was subpar. their baby powder gave people cancer, so people sued them. then they did the ol’ “texas two-step,” a totally legal move where they transferred the suits to a part of the company, spun that part off & then declared it bankrupt, allowing them to avoid having to pay out anything as a result of a lawsuit. corporate law in texas totally allows it, hence the name. while she was at it, she had a few opinions on the state of texas.
