this morning #557.

this morning, prompted by a piece he’d seen on last night’s evening news, he hopped in the truck & headed down to the center of town. he wanted to get there before sunup so he could survey the scene. there was no way he was going to let a mob of sissy protestors mess with the town square christmas tree. their complaint: some junk about funding from some shady source. it was a bunch of bullshit me too liberal whining. they had no right to bring their war on christmas to his town. uh uh. not on his watch. some things are simply sacred & he was planning on giving them an earful. when he arrived in the parking lot & saw his sister standing among them, he had to reassess his response.
