this morning, although her attorney had advised her to lay low until he had time to figure out her options, she was not about to forgo her walk in the park. she needed to keep up a routine & keep active, especially during these trying times. as she strode past the doorman & toward the front door of her building, she saw the microphones & cameras on the other side of the glass. handling this would be easy. all she had to do was draw on her experience playing the role of a scandalous B-list celebrity in a recent straight-to-VOD movie. scarf over her head. dark sunglasses. “NO COMMENT.” she assumed they’d eventually have to leave her alone. really though, she should’ve just listened to her lawyer.
