this morning #1876.

this morning, the level of cynicism from you is quite surprising. it’s no big secret that i feel that way about your dad. thought we were on the same page about that. the man’s reputation precedes him. always has. ticking friggin’ time bomb. nothing’s changed there. sure. aging’s taken off some of the edge but he remains a pain to share space with. you know i don’t like speaking ill of him but c’mon, hon. it’s nothing that you haven’t said yourself. unresolved anger issues. adverse attitude as his default setting. this time, his actions are 100% indefensible. he shoved our son’s baseball coach for god’s sake. he’s lucky that no one called the cops on him. lucky that people in this town still pity him after everything he’s done.
