this morning #1343.

this morning, off in the distance facing south, there was this curious, low-lying band of dark clouds. it started behind the bridge & stretched all the way north for at least a mile. in every other direction, the skies were pretty darn blue. weird. it looked like some sort of hyperlocalized apocalypse. i opened my weather app to check out the map. all clear around here. a forecast full of sun. so what the heck is that cloud all about? i hoped that everything’s ok over there. checked the news for clues as to what was up. found my answer almost instantly. turned out it was a four-alarm warehouse fire. full of chemicals. still raging. that made way more sense. with that mystery solved, i went about my day.
