this morning #1309.

this morning, those massive hoop earrings make her look like a whore. that’s just a fact. i need to come up with a more tactful way than that to inform her that there’s no way any daughter of mine is leaving the house with those monstrosities dangling from her ears. where did they even come from? probably from one of those girls she’s been hanging out with lately. those two look super loose. if she’s going to be friends with them, i need to be introduced, see if they’re bad news. before she became a teen, i knew all of her friends. now & then, she’d have one or two that i didn’t approve of. she was still young enough that i could shut that shit down. now all i can do is make her change her earrings.
