this morning, all the dolls & stuffed animals were lined up & anxiously waiting for class to begin. they were excited as always for another one of her textbook lectures, a brilliantly-woven mix of math, horses, pop culture & sex ed. her mother helped her put on her pink princess dress. she wanted to appear strong & professional about this. after all, it was her first year of teaching. when she looked at her students, she saw a group of pupils who craved discipline. first up on the agenda was a rundown of all the types of horses she knew. it was a clear segue into the origin of babies & her theory on how many ariana grande was going to have. in doing so, she taught them how to count to twenty.
